EduPort Study Abroad Consultancy was established in Turkey, under the legal name of Eduport Danismanlik ve Dis Ticaret Ltd. Sti, in 2014. The company is based in Istanbul and the head quarter is conveniently located in Kadikoy, the district that is surrended by many schools, foreign language courses and private tutoring centres. Being also the entertainment district of the Asian part of Istanbul, Kadikoy still holds the most visited and popular district title among young Turkish people and students.

 

Despite of the fact that EduPort was newly established as a company, its founders have been actively working in the international education management field more than 12 years now. The experience they have gained over these years has given EduPort’s founders a unique chance of analysing students’ needs and help them enrol into programs that would meet their expectations. This necessity, which has turned into a strict company policy, prevents EduPort Team from promoting programs and schools that might fail in meeting those expectations.

 

The founders have also realised the fact that the golden key to success in international education management field is to store, classify and the update the crucial information provided by schools and collect them in a data bank where student inquiries can be answered with the utmost speed, to ensure customer satisfaction on which Eduport based its establishment.

An EduPort Team member would prefer to be called as an Educational Coach rather than an Educational Consultant, whose services and support come to an end when in-office meetings with their clients are no longer available.

 

EduPort Team members do not consider themselves as the representatives of schools only. They undertake more responsibilities and are willing to represent their clients as well as the schools they proudly represent.

 

Independent Application Centre

 

Educational solutions that EduPort provides are not limited with what the partnered institutes can offer to our clients. EduPort products and services have been designed to answer all types of educational inquiries and be able to handle all types of consultancy and enrolment related issues.

 

This unique department enables students to get useful information, consultancy and application services for any school they want to attend to, and use EduPort’s products and services to achieve their goals and make right choices. Independent Application Centre gives a great liberty of choice to our clients who might have doubts about whether their study abroad consultants would try to talk them into signing up for products and services that wouldn't suit their educational plans.

 

Loyalty and Service Cards

 

Since there are two types of students that have accesses to the EduPort services, underlying the extent of those services and their costs is important.

 

Therefore, EduPort Student Services Department came up with a solution in offering different types of service cards that include variety of services, in order to help students choose the best available ones from different service packages.

 

Many of those services are offered to EduPort students for free. Independent Application Centre Students on the other hand are subject to pay fees depending on the services they choose.

 

After Arrival Services

 

Every EduPort students, whose commencement of studies are confirmed at one of those partnered schools that EduPort officially represents in Turkey, gets a unique ID number. Without this ID number, no student gets to have an access to EduPort’s unique after arrival services. Our Student Support Coordinators manage all the communication between our offices and students, and help them get through all difficult times they might have during their studies abroad.

 

In-House Accommodation Department

 

The fact that accommodation arrangements have crucial effects on students’ experiences during their studies abroad, EduPort Student Services Department offers their students further assistance on the matter and create solutions to widen their options in the chosen study destination.

 

Time Management

 

To determine students’ needs better and find out the best fit for their educational plans abroad, EduPort collects all useful data and bring them together in a giant data bank.
